AMI Housing - Carriage Court

Carriage Court is a Homekey+ project to covert an existing hotel in Auburn CA into a 55-unit studio apartment complex. The complex will have 54 residential units (8 ADA), 1 managers unit (ADA), an office, and a laundry room. Smaller buildings on site include: storage facility, smoking area, pet area, and an ADA compliant parking lot.

Key Dates

The Bid Walk will be on Monday, August 31st at 10am.  The walk will be conducted at 140 E Hillcrest Drive, Auburn, CA 95603.


Bids are due September 23rd, 2026 at 2:00pm.
